In November 2023 Mr Jimmy Ventura finally responded saying that he was going to pay us the difference of the wrong option in the pool which is +4000 Euros. After we sent him a couple of followup letters with our lawyer he still has not paid us the money or sent someone with the key we need to activate our pool. We will proceed to take this to court. *Do not buy* any pools from Mr Jimmy Ventura and his company Caredo - he has even closed his office location in order to avoid registered letters. This place is a scam.

We still have a non-working pool one year later after having received it because Ventura has not sent anyone to activate it even after several emails promising he would. We also to this day have not received the money owed to us.

I will keep updating on this business's page until this is resolved. For the moment I do not recommend anyone to do business with Caredo and instead look for other alternatives like Aqualift. I wished we would have gone that route as well.

We ordered a pool from Mr. Ventura which we paid for upfront with specific options. The pool delivered was one with the wrong options and after contacting Me. Ventura for a solution, he stopped answering after the first email acknowledging. It's been since April that we have tried to follow-up on this and he has stopped returning our calls or emails on this matter with still no solution in sight. I would not recommend getting a pool from this provider.
