If you enjoy suspense, frustration, testing your patience and willing to pay lawyers, this is the company for you. Otherwise, stay away.

I worked in restoration and renovation for more than 10 years, and I can honestly say that this is the most unprofessional and incompetent company I have ever dealt with.

From the very beginning, the level of planning and workmanship has been shocking. It feels as though every stage of the construction process was an opportunity to make another mistake.

The architecture and plans are a perfect example. One of the most ridiculous decisions was placing the kitchen sink directly underneath a window that starts only 1.10 m from the floor — meaning that you simply cannot open the window properly once the kitchen is installed.

And unfortunately, this is just the beginning.

We have experienced poorly aligned tiles, warped doors, damaged exterior decorative wood, a damaged entrance door, cracks on the walls, a missing closet door at delivery, dimensions that do not match the plans, extremely cheap laminate flooring, flickering lights, inadequate ventilation, a broken terrace door, noisy water pipes, and gaps that have appeared between the floor and the baseboards. The latter is particularly concerning because it raises serious questions about the condition or movement of the floor slab.

Then comes what may be the biggest joke of all: the gardens.

The garden dimensions were incorrectly calculated on the plans. Because of an error of approximately one meter along the road, the gardens were reduced in size — in some cases by around 10%. And when homeowners complained, the proposed “solution” was effectively to take space from neighboring gardens. Then, when the neighbors noticed, the measurements changed again.

This is not a small administrative mistake. People bought properties based on plans and dimensions that were apparently not even calculated correctly.

Some problems were eventually fixed, but only after a huge amount of pressure and repeated complaints. Many others remain unresolved. Communication is equally unacceptable: emails are simply ignored, and getting an answer often feels like an achievement in itself.

And after two years, we still don't have individual water meters.
It took approximately 1.5 years just to get the fiber connection.

For a company building and selling new homes, this level of incompetence and lack of after-sales service is simply unacceptable.

The most frustrating part is that these are not isolated minor defects. We are talking about fundamental problems with planning, construction quality, materials, finishing, infrastructure, and customer service.

So yes, the houses may initially look attractive and the prices may seem competitive. But there is a reason they can be sold cheaply.

You get what you pay for — and then you spend years chasing the company to fix what should have been done correctly in the first place.

If you are considering buying from this company, my strongest advice is: do your homework, inspect absolutely everything, verify every measurement yourself, and do not assume that anything in the plans is necessarily correct.If you enjoy suspense, frustration, and testing your patience, this is the company for you. Otherwise, stay away.

Sa réactivité et sa capacité à anticiper les points importants ont largement contribué à la qualité du résultat final, ce qui est particulièrement appréciable pour un projet aussi important qu’une construction de maison.
