Merci encore milles fois.

I made the request to work in English and had a very capable person contact me. This worked very well and the go between was very responsive and helpful. The details were agreed and the deposit paid. Then all changed to work from hell. The team that did the job were not professional and had no respect for me or my property. They assembled the radiators on my brand new furniture. They stained a brand new carpet. They welded within 0.5m of my brand new sodas. They scorched wall paper when fitting the radiators. They smashed a step tile when removing the old radiators.
When draining the old fuel tank they let excess diesel heating fuel drain down my water drain.
Sensitive heat pump equipment was roughly manhandled into position. I was surprised when it actually worked. They would arrive at 09:30 in the morning and then disappear for a two hour lunch and then work until18:00. Then after lunch on the last day they wanted to knock off after their long lunch. I had to make a call to the go between to get them to complete the job. Then took off in haste without giving an operating handover. Had to call them back when system stopped working after two weeks due to incorrect programming. Had to wait two weeks, very unresponsive. The last straw was when I discovered that one of the radiators was fitted in reverse and the flow was going backwards. I wrote an email and sent two sms and got no reply. So be warned as this is a level of service that I would not wish on my worst enemy. Site manager lacked energy. Also was truly disgusted by their using my toilet each morning when I went out for an hour, the whole house stank. I am now going to find a professional heating company to repair the damage even though I have paid in full. The above is what I caught them doing, one can only imagine what I did not see. Would never use this company again.
