Mark, Sandra and the team at Jansen Property are absolutely first class. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. They are an extremely competent team and nothing is too much trouble for them.

We bought a very dated property in Monpazier which needed a full renovation both inside and outside. It was a huge project and one we couldn't have taken on ourselves. We decided to enlist the services of Jansen Property and they have managed the whole project from start to finish - liaising with the Mairie and the Batiments de France for approval for the project, sourcing the artisans, collecting the quotations, making suggestions where appropriate, and managing the project from inception to delivery. We completed the purchase in late August and the team started the project in November. By the start of May the project was 90% complete, which is basically unheard of in rural France.

The work comprised: three new bathrooms, a new kitchen, updating the electrics, new internal tiling, new stud walls, complete renovation of the pool area (tiling, pool heater, pool cover), building a massive pergola structure, an outdoor kitchen, new gates, shutter renovation, garden clean up, hedge cutting, they removed all the ivy from the outside of the house. This list is not exhaustive!

Such a huge project for us and honestly we couldn't have come close to the finished result if we had done it ourselves. We are absolutely delighted.

On top of this renovation work they are also maintaining our pool through the season, and we have signed up to the garden package which means when we are there all we have to do is buy food and wine and relax by the pool.

10/10 company, they are so friendly, competent, organised and we have absolutely no regrets about choosing them.

Mark has also checked the house for damage after severe storms and communicates clearly back to us using email phone or text. Mark speaks very good English, as well of course French and Dutch.
