Nova Jardins paysagiste à Opio (06)

It’s a nice shop. But find the opening times (lunch time closing) very frustrating.

Addition: Thanks for the reply and great news about the full days opening on Fri & Sat!

We always had the best choice of mediterranean plants at Nova’s.
We do massive plantations of them.
We buy them small and they grow so fast …
We buy only white and green …💙💙💙

A friend told us about this garden center, and we have been coming for a few months now. Every time we are delighted with the selection. The staff is always helpful. And our plants are doing very well.

Popped in to buy a couple of plants for presents. Saw some nice planters and asked the lady the price. She said something in French but I recognised the price as 18 euros. Took the plants to the cash desk where we had to wait whilst the check out assistant decided to chat away to the previous customer for about 5 minutes. Eventually, she took the planters but couldn’t find a price on them. I said they were 18 euros. She looked up a computer database and agreed that they were 18 euros. We paid and went back to the car. The original assistant then chased us shouting at us in French until she realised we were English whereupon she said the planters had not been priced and in fact they were €18.80 and we shouldn’t have taken them and she went on and on and on. Her attitude was appalling. I know French 'customer service' has a bad reputation but this person's attitude to customers was a new low. We will not be going back. Utterly appalling.

I must say that this garden centre is very well priced compared with other options in the area. There is a huge selection of terracotta pots which is exactly what I went there for, I was spoilt for choice. Staf very pleasant and helpful, would highly recommend.
