Encore merci 👌

Isola Sud Ouest were professional throughout the project. When I needed to delay their intervention, they were accommodating and communicated well at all times. They miscalcualted the volume needed, but adjusted on the day and with no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Travaux bien réalisés, à première vue, corrects. Après contrôle, problèmes constatés. Réparés des mois plus tard

NOT RECOMMEND!!!
We can't judge their work itself, because this couldn't be done due to their unprofessionally commercial! He has been visiting our house 2 times. There are 2 very important REQUIREMENTS that the job can be done. 2 times this commercial didn't even think about mention it to us! The walls can't hold more than 17% humidity and the temperature in the house has to be at a certain degree as well. We haven't been the first ones where the job couldn't be done. The staff told us it happened to another client just the day before. We're a young family, expecting another baby, living in a mobile home and we needed to put our work on hold, for receiving this isolation. An isolation that couldn't be done, it was predictable and the now wasted time wasn't necessary! Professionalism includes informing your client about the REQUIREMENTS for doing the job!!!
