Nérac Piscines pisciniste à Nérac (47)

Nerac piscine a été chargée de refaire notre piscine. Travail mal fait. Mauvaise volonté pour intervenir et refus de réparer une grosse fuite. Action judiciaire car Gilles a refusé d’intervenir. L’expertise relève des problèmes tant sur le liner que sur l’étanchéité. Les juges ont suivi et condamné la société Nerac piscine, y compris pour le trouble de jouissance. Aux lecteurs d’apprécier.

We were recommended Nerac Piscines by the agent we bought our house from. Their quote was competitive and we agreed to use them for a new pool and surrounding wooden terrace in October 2023. Although we found the owner Gilles, less than charming he was keen to get going which seemed impressive (4 visits in 2 weeks to secure the contract). He was in a rush to get the shell in the ground before Christmas despite the prospect of bad weather.
There was a delay of two months in putting the pool in the ground because of the weather with no further communication. We raised concerns that the shell was too high in the ground but were told this was normal. The decking was started in March ( progress very slow not helped by very short working hours each day) then all work came to a halt by May. Lack of wood was blamed but no apology for delay.
Work finally resumed and decking completed end of June but the work was far from finished
At this point we’d lost all confidence. For every ten messages sent we were lucky to get two words in return. Calling the office was equally unproductive with a rude unprofessional woman on the phone .

We lost a whole summer with the pool through Nerac’s incompetence and slowness in finishing the job. It resembled a muddy building site for months.
Eventually they came back to re landscape the area ( though still not to a good standard) and finished the decking in August.
They left piles of builders rubble.
The pool house was so shoddily put together it leaked onto the electrics
We withheld the last 2.5% of their bill in view of the unfinished work ,the woeful delays and the staggeringly rude attitude of the owner. Rather than admit to any mistakes he tried to sue us!! A truly terrible experience from an absolutely rotten company.
Incidentally we have hired local builders, plumbers, electricians and landscapers at our property and always had great service and a good relationship with all of them
We wish we had taken their advice and reported his demands for cash and threats to the police.

A friend of my told me contact Nérac Piscine when I had or will have a problem with my pool. I had one end of december 2024 which I could not solve myself. So I contacted Nérac Piscine by phone and spoke with a very friendly secretary. After a date we set they showed up as agreed. The owner Gilles came first and fixed the robot pump. A few days later one of his employees showed up to fix a leak. Both men did a great job and I'm very happy about it. Even the repair costs where very accepteble. They have a new and happy customer. THANKS GUYS.

Nérac PISCINES have done a great job of renovating our old pool system and we now have a fully functioning effective set up. They gave a good devis, stuck to the quote and have transformed the pool. Every time we have sought their help it has been given effectively and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Very poor,far too expensive
